That was me for most of  my life.

One day I just decided, I only had two choices -- live like that forever or find a way to change it.

Thankfully, I chose the latter and discovered the power of mindfulness, meditation and CBT.

MY LIFE BEFORE

  • I spent my entire life waking up cranky every day and walking around with a heavy sense of dread in my chest. By my 30's those things morphed into full-blown depression, panic attacks and anxiety disorder.

  • Decades of dieting created incredibly disordered eating habits and even an eating disorder. 

  • I spent decades obsessed with my weight & food

  • I went from never doing any exercise, to having a very disordered relationship with it by over exercising to the point of multiple injuries.

  • I hated myself, felt worthless, struggled with social anxiety and fear so bad that I was barely able to leave my house.

  • I struggled hard with all of those things for a lot of years

MY LIFE NOW

  • For the first time in my life, I'm happy and at peace

  • I know my worth & that nasty inner voice is gone

  • I no longer wake up cranky and worried every morning I almost never have anxiety anymore and the rare occasion that I do, I quickly and easily manage it

  • My self-worth improved so much that I went from barely being able to leave the house, to public speaking

  • I never even think about my weight or food anymore

  • I eat whatever I want, whenever I want, and it's usually nutritious choices

  • I move every day in whatever way I feel like, because it improves my quality of life, rather than because I'm trying to beat my body into a perfect size

I learned that if you truly want to change your life, you must change your brain because that controls everything.

 

Mindfulness and meditation have been used for thousands of years and cognitive behavioral therapy has been used for decades. They are all scientifically proven to be among the most effective, powerful tools available do just that and this course combines them all. 

Mindful Movement is an 8 week MBCT course that incorporates meditation, mindfulness practicescognitive behavioral strategies, and a brief intro into cognitive eating to completely change your brain. Quiet your thoughts, learn to just be, to be enough, in THIS moment, to build connection with your body & learn to nurture it. It includes a new lesson with a new meditation, new tasks, daily reflection journal prompts and daily movement options that you pick based on whatever you feel like you doing or your body tells you it needs.

Calm, Inner Peace & Self-Acceptance

This program will teach you to connect with yourself and your body on an entirely new level -- where calm, inner peace and self-acceptance are your natural state of being. 


Everything is laid out for you in short, easy to follow videos and downloadable .pdfs that you can access 24/7 from your phone or computer - all you need is a desire to change and a little time each day to dedicate to your new self-care practices.

A new video lesson and meditation are included each week for 8 weeks and available for you to access, in your members library, anytime day or night. Each week you'll have daily tasks that will be built upon as the course progresses.
