This 12 week Cognitive Eating course helps you heal your relationship with food, your body and yourself through self-compassion and kindness. It also harnesses the power of mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral strategies to focus on how your thoughts, beliefs, attitudes and habits affect your feelings and behaviors and how all of these things impact your food choices.
By identifying habit-loops, thoughts, beliefs and attitudes that are held (your cognitive processes) and how those cognitive processes affect your behaviors, you are given the power to understand, challenge and change them.
